From brands, content creators to family reunion tees, our shop stays busy with a steady flow of unique designs. Our printing technology allows designers' imaginations to run wild without the constraints of traditional screen printing (although we do recommend screen printing for large orders with simple designs).

DTG apparel printing uses a water-based ink medium that works best with natural fibers. Rather than sitting on the surface of the fabric, the ink is 'absorbed' into the apparel so the wear of the apparel stays soft no matter how big design.

Designers and business owners choose DTG printing over screen printing when they want their clothes to stay breathable, they do not want to compromise with a complex design, they want one print of multiple designs, or they have a small order.

Screen printing is best for a large number of pieces. Our team will help you decide which process is best for your project.

Your Design Deserves a Shirt

Our Services

We offer multiple in-house branding and apparel services.

DTG apparel printing, DTF transfers, embroidery, HTV (heat transfer) and textile vinyl, ecommerce builds, and graphic design.

Heat Transfer and DTF (Direct to Film)

HTV is a process that uses heat to transfer artwork on to apparel. We recommend this process for apparel that is made with synthetic fabric, like polyester, or adding something special to your design, such as chrome details or glow-in-the-dark.

DTF is a process the uses DTG printers to create transfers that can be pressed onto any fabric medium. It is the best process for large orders with simple artwork.

Embroidery

Embroidery is great for hats, polo shirts, jackets and other items that are difficult to print, such as backpacks. Embroidery adds an expensive looking detail to an item that says QUALITY, but it doesn't cost much more than printing! Win, win.

DTG (Direct to Garment)

DTG (direct-to-garment) is a printing process that uses an apparel printing machine to print artwork on fabric. The printing medium is water-based ink stored cartridges. The artwork is transferred to the fabric in one go, laying all the colors down at once, much like a paper printer. This process is less toxic than screen printing and the results are a soft, durable apparel print. Both screen printing and DTG have advantages. Get in touch to learn more about what is best for apparel project.

Why choose DTG Printing?

DTG is less toxic than screen printing and can handle colorful details, such as gradients or photographic images, with ease. The medium is water-based ink which is 'absorbed' into the fabric. This keeps the texture of apparel soft and flexible. The cost per unit is higher than screen printing, but you can buy less items without taking a hit on unit price. That means no more boxes sitting around in inventory, and one shirt is A-Okay.

Another advantage of DTG is quick turnaround. Our printers require less set up. That means we can complete orders faster than most screen printers.

Small orders are okay! That's right, we can print your design on just one shirt.

What if I have an idea, but no design?

We don't like trash

We don't like it overflowing from our trash bins, clogging up waterways, or lying around the ground. We especially don't like it when we make it.

Here are the ways we prevent trash and toxic waste:

  • Our DTG inks are water based and we recycle the print cartridges

  • We encourage clients to use apparel blanks that are 100% natural fibers and dyes, USA made, organic or made with recycled materials.

  • We use biodegradable trash bags in our shop and biodegradable/compostable shipping materials for on-demand orders.

  • We turn all our mess up shirts into testers for future print jobs or shred them for cleaning rags. We are on the hunt for an insulation manufacturer or other company who can use apparel waste to make other products.

  • We reuse materials and packaging

  • We recycle everything we can in house first

  • We use natural, nonpolluting cleaning products

  • We donate overstock apparel and used electronic equipment when possible.
